The Bucks ran out 4-1 victors over Ashton United in the first pre-season match of the campaign with three goals in three minutes in the second half delighting the faithful. It was a first look at the majority of the new signings with only Jack Stobbs and the returning Tommy Elliott not involved. Second half goals from three trialists and new recruit Djavan Pedro (Pictured) did the damage with Ashton getting a consolation late on through Bjork.
We are hoping to announce further additions to the squad in the coming days and the next pre-season match is at Rossington Main on Tuesday at 7-45. Burton Albion will be sending a strong side to the Tarmac Silverlands Stadium on Tuesday 30th of July at 7-45.
