Bucks Rampant Return To Form

Diego with impressive 'brace' against Scarborough

It's been another busy week at the Silverlands with a further three recruits and one departure before Saturday's thumping 5-0 victory over Scarborough Athletic. Jacob Bevan departed the club this week after just one appearance from the bench. Incoming have been Alex Byrne, who returns to the club from Warrington Town after making 10 (2) appearances for the Bucks back in 2015, former Leeds United and Rotherham midfielder Simon Lenighan has been recruited from Mossley and young former Stoke City goalkeeper Mitchell Allen has come in from Stratford Town. Byrne impressed against Scarborough yesterday with Lenighan coming on late on and was involved in the build up for Tom Elliott's goal. Portuguese winger Rumenio Barai and local recruit Ethan Padden also made first appearances from the bench against Borough.

Jude Oyibo, who departed the club last week, has signed for Conference North side Alfreton Town.

We are next in action on Boxing Day when we make the short trip down the A6 to play Matlock Town with a 3pm kick-off.
