It’s been a busy week of pre-season action at the Tarmac Silverlands Stadium, in the build up to the new season. On Tuesday night goals from the De Girolamo brothers earned a 2-1 victory over a very resilient Hallam side. Yesterday goals from King, Clarke (Pictured) and Diego De Girolamo earned the Bucks a 3-1 victory over local rivals Leek Town. The squad is getting to full fitness with Godwin Abadaki resuming yesterday and Josh Granite nearing a return to the squad. Reece Styche was an unused substitute in Gibraltar’s one nil victory over San Marino yesterday.
On Tuesday we entertain Chorley at the Silverlands (7-45) and next Saturday Chester FC are the visitors at 3pm. Both games are pay at the gate.
This Thursday the young Bucks start their FA Youth Cup campaign with a home match against Ashton Town. Kick off at the Tarmac Silverlands Stadium is 7-30 and there is a £2 admission for all.
